New section of shared path - Brockway Nedlands

The post reports (on P72) that another missing piece of infrastructure is in place along Brockway between Lemnos and Underwood Avenue.

Unfortunately it also reports that
1. the Freo bridge shared path is now limited to 5 people at a time due to deteriation of the structure and it is being enforced (p29)

2. Two cyclists have been seriously injured on the roundabout at Steve's Hotel in Nedlands, which I can understand. It is a problematic intersection (pg9). Another was seriously injured in Hackett drive in the same week. (yes, Virginia, by cars)
