Have any of you had dealings with CSCwheels from China? I ordered a conversion kit for my wife's bike and the wheel and controller arrived but the battery didn't. They had sent it to the wrong address apparently and it had been returned to China although they had my ebay contact details. I raised the matter with ebay but CSC Wheels asked me to please drop the complaint, the pandemic was causing transport problems and they would make sure it would be sent out again. It is now 12 months since the purchase and still no luck. I have badgered them regularly but was aware that the battery connections were specific for their motor and controller and didn't want to push too hard. I tried ebay but after I dropped the original complaint, they don't recognise there ever was a problem.
Any suggestions?
