Ordered shoes from Ride.Shimano, followed up a number of times with all the contact details supplied , no response or undeliverable. Now in the process of getting the credit card charge reversed.

Given they are US/Canadian based, I'm surprised you could even order it ?

And would be doubly surprised that they'd ship[ to Aus from US. Their georestriction stuff and seeming incapacity to ship outside of the US is mindblowing

I assume if you ordered overseas that, as suggested, it is a georestriction and they can’t ship.

They shouldn’t have accepted the order and obviously should have been more supportive in reversing… but reversing charges is the option you have… and will have better chances buying shimano gear locally.
