Indeed. That can be reduced down to local areas as well. Down on the Peninsula, anything building related from Mt Martha down has the "Portsea Tax", from Rye on all shops and cafes have the same.

Looks like the Wiggle and Chain Reaction websites have undergone another revamp with the new ownership, and now you can order to Australia again.
A lot of item pictures still missing and descriptions lacking though.
