Week 13 2008
Today's weigh in= 87.3kg's
Movement from 1 week ago= -1.2kg's
Starting weight= 96.5kg's
Total loss= 9.2kg's
Still to lose to reach goal=5.3kg's
Target Weight=82kg's
K's ridden= just over a 100.
Considering there are still some Easter eggs and birthday treats lying about the house I was pleasantly surprised to have dropped so much this week. Must be because they were out of waffles at the Belgian Beer Cafe's breaky on Saturday. Fruit salad, muesli and yoghurt was a good healthy fall back though. Still it was my first BBC ride and it's a great social way to finish a nice cruisey ride...

Garfield time. Another week, another bad Monday and the month of March comes to an end. Not my best week's results that is for sure. I have paid the price of two weekends in Singapore and poor eating habits. I really need to get my act together when I travel.
I have made some changes to what I record each. The changes are:
* I am now reporting my 2008 weekly average kilometres on the bike. My target is to average 200 km a week this year;
* Now calculating and reporting BMI Prime. BMI Prime provides a % measure of how overweight I am;
* As a result of reviewing teh BMI information I have lowered by target weight to 81 kg to bring it into line with WHO guidelines.
Weights and Measurements
Today's Weight (kg): 99.5 kg - Overweight
Movement from last week (+ or - kg): + 1.6 kg (Aggregate - 5.1 kg)
Weight July 2007: 113 kg (- 13.50 kg)*
Target Weight (kg): 81 kg
Waist Measurement: 117.0 cm + 1.0 cm (Aggregate - 9 cm)
WHR: 1.09 (+ 0.02)
BMI Prime: 1.23 (Target range 0.74 - 1.00)
Mileage
Km ridden this week: 148.39
2008 Weekly Average: 166 km
Km walked this week: 19.39
Cost per Km: $1.08 cash basis (- 0.7)

Start - 96.0 kg
Current - 83.1
Loss this week - 0.9kg
Total Loss - 12.9 kg
Back to normal rate of weight loss this week. My predictions about balancing the big loss two weeks ago were right. Pretty pleased to lose almost a kilo this week considering I did very little cycling. I only trained on the Velodrome and did Slowies for a total of 66km and one trainer session (1 hr). I also missed the big Sunday club ride because I had to go to work.

Starting weight this year 105 kilo.
Last week 99 kilos
This Week 99.8 kilos change +.8
Or as close as I can get. Only have a basic set of scales and I just scraped in under 100kilos.
Total Weight loss this year -5.2 kilos
Still happy with this week, as we had my oldest daughters Wedding that we hosted. Plenty of food and drink was had by all (including me )
So only gaining just under a kilo is a win.

Staring Weight (kg): 138.2
Today's Weight (kg): 135.7
Movement from last week (+ or - kg): -1.2kg
Target Weight (kg): 100
Total Lost (kg): 2.5kg
Distance ridden In the last week: 58km
Less mileage better diet this week, only managed one ride all week, but it was a decent length one. As it's getting colder my mileage is going to drop, no more late night rides for a bit. Though the end of daylight savings should mean it's a little warmer for the commute to work as it's an hour later really.
Trade off is I'll be getting home in the dark, but thats what the lights are for.
Next on the agenda is to find some decent gloves, the fingerless ones I've got now aren't up to it.

Not my best week's results that is for sure. Anne not having hot water for most of the week combined with a broken spoke on the rear wheel has limited my riding.

The more weight I loose the less I feel like eating to much.
I've cut out nothing that I like to eat, only cut down on portions and less frequency.

I confess the last 3 weeks I haven't really cut back enough. The extra k's (260, 308 and heading for 300k's this week) have enabled me to eat a few extra items and still lose weight.Mulger bill wrote:That's it alright, I've been riding stuff all lately and I haven't reduced input enough.
Shaun
Winter will be my real test, I work 43 hours a week so less daylight will mean less k's so I'm going to have to watch my intake.
Love that chocolate

Target Weight (kg): 100

Was hoping for a tad more, but then the diet the last couple days was pretty horrid, 2 days off the bike due to Lasik surgery meant the mileage wasn't as high as it would otherwise have been as well.
This next week is going to be a bust due to the rain, going to have to be very careful with the diet to make up for it.
