Looks like they were moving warehouses - presumably sharing one with Pushys now; which makes sense.

Still not too bad considering the delivery time of some of the others - anything coming from Melbourne seems to take forever as well. I suppose the fact that Pushy's warehouse is located in Brisbane helps my delivery times.

It was even better when Pushys allowed Click & Collect from the Salisbury (Brisbane) warehouse.Gordonhooker wrote: ↑Tue Jul 05, 2022 7:50 am-

I recently ordered some Shimano flat pedal shoes for my wife and myself (separate orders) and both were delivered within 48 hours. One order was direct from Pushys and the other from Pushys via Catch.

Great if you live near Salisbury, but a bit of a drive for me though.

That's my point. I used to receive BikeBug orders in two/three days, now it's six days from Brisbane. So Pushys buying BikeBug has been negative for me. Pushys website is also inferior.Gordonhooker wrote: ↑Tue Jul 05, 2022 7:50 am-

And Pushys stock level is dismal, at least Bikebug used to keep a reasonable level before the covid shitstorm.biker jk wrote: ↑Tue Jul 05, 2022 11:45 amThat's my point. I love their sales, 20% off nothing available, is, well, dare I say it, clickbait??

Yeah, exactly. Order placed on Saturday, arrived Tuesday a week later (7th business day to Sydney metro). Was annoying it didn't arrive before the weekend.

Probably delivered by a courier, due to value and size/weight. Having to come from Brisbane is not going to get you next day delivery on all products all the time. It's going to be a longer wait in general.

Lately I have been using 99bikes which have had good stock and prices. Plus a store 3km away is convenient.

It was picked the next day and tracking info provided later that day. One package arrived after 3 days, and the other a day later.
So all good from my perspective.

Yes, Bikebug used to be two days on average from order to delivery for me in Sydney but now it's almost a week from Pushys due to the warehouse being located in Brisbane. So for Sydney residents, the service has worsened since Pushys took over Bikebug.Gordonhooker wrote: ↑Wed Jul 06, 2022 3:24 pmI ordered a couple of things from Pushy's on Monday afternoon and they arrived just before lunch today.

Didn’t realise they had closed Tempe until I did a search.
They have lost my business permanently then. It was convenient being able to go to Tempe and collect things quickly without the bother of shipping.
