Rail PSP's

Who owns and maintains the PSP alongside train lines, is it the PTA as it's predominantly within the rail reserve?

Or does MR's?

Short answer is: it depends.

The Main Roads Road Information Mapping System shows the paths under Main Roads control as layer on the left - you will need to zoom in to Perth Metro before the layer will show, but you can assume if the path section you're interested in isn't shown there then it is either under PTA control in the rail reserve or Council control.
