Sufferfest Training Plans - Any Good?

Postby GasCyclist » Thu Nov 06, 2014 3:19 pm

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to see if anyone has any feedback on the Sufferfest traning plans. Thinking of getting the Novice plan to try it out - Says good for people with families and limited time to ride which is me!!!! Was riding frequently before until I had an accident and broke my collarbone and have lost some motivation and a tonne of fitness.

I have the videos except one so thats not really a concern. Keen to know what you guys think about it.

I bought the Novice plan in winter, and thought it was really good.

Mixes indoor with some longer outdoor rides, and pushed me to train more, including 3 day blocks, which I have never done.

Requires a fair few video downloads, which can add up, but is still reasonable compared to other things you can spend on your bike that do nothing for performance
