Yeah, ultegra was almost exactly double...Wiggle was at $194.00

But 45mins, no waiting. Worth it to me :D

And I learned an important piece of maintenance. Never occurred to me to check the cage regularly, just the wheels. Exxy lesson :?

1 Jason (jasonc) Covacci 2768.81 km
2 You 2675.91 km
3 Calvin (cancan) 2447.46 km
4 David SSS 2307.40 km
5 Stryder Tanjil Aris 2292.02 km
6 caneye YLW 1703.49 km
7 Andrew "westab" Branson 1689.65 km
8 Grgic Grgic 1662.49 km
9 Greg (mugglechops) Lewis 1479.89 km
10 Graham W 1368.80 km
11 Fat and Old 1231.76 km
12 Josh CXCommuter Lloyd 1230.59 km
13 Find_bruce 1032.80 km
14 Gerry Mulholland 772.98 km
15 Mick H 734.37 km
16 Stephen M 186.64 km
17 Jeremy (Cardy George) Roden
(No applicable workouts)

My early cushion deflated and it seems that jasonc is starting to pull away at the top to a clear lead. I'll be working from home on Friday and Monday, so it's not going to get any narrower. There are decent gaps in the first few, so it is unlikely to see much change in the near future. However there is some good action further down, the battle at 6,7, and 8 is close, but not nearly so close as the one between 11 and 12.

It's good to see so many in 4 figures as we start into Autumn.

However the mysteries are:
Where is Stryder? He has missed a couple of weeks and has lost several spots very quickly.
Where is Cardy George? He promised to load up some rides, but is starting to sound like a politician. Stats or it didn't happen!

Cheers,

Cameron

and I have holidays next month... I am planing on joining Jason on one of his commutes so I can count that and if the car is full I will commute to the rental place on Straddie and back... Also looks like my daughter will be coming back with me, if so its good bye to extended commuting although ex plays games so may not happen

Yup, my bad. Too many eggs being juggled with too few hands. I also mistakenly thought my rides were automatically logged as transport.

That's okay, you're only 200km off the first page, but maybe there is more to come. :)

Stryder found the upload button too and has jumped back up to third with another 250km :D

Cheers,

Cameron

Thats will teach me for being slack this week and shopping instead of riding.... may have to extend the commute home tonight and suffer the consequences for being late for anniversary dinner

Check Josh's last upload date. He's up to something there. I reckon he'd be 6-800 min on top of that  I have a measly couple hundred to add :(

Next couple weeks are looking promising tho :D

Couple of weeks off in April might see me fall back a bit.

Thanks Mate now there is more competition mid pack - love it.

Weather last week was downright yuk - even to the extent that I found myself hiding under a bridge on the M7 shared path last Tuesday as a storm passed. I felt like a real gutless wonder but seeing there was lightning about (saw a big gum tree ~200m away get hit) I just wanted to get home in one (un-zapped) piece.

Today - just so great. The light in the morning and now a warm ride home; Sydney's west can throw together some scary storms but also some just perfect cycling weather too.
Not fast, no style, but still get there.

I've dislocated my patella so I'm out for at least 6-8 weeks.

Finally got past 2000km and while I would like to extend my commutes I am getting to be too soft to do it in the constant rain. Last week 4 of my 12 commutes I got wet with 4 others I still need ed to dry some of my bike and gear. I'm in 6th currently but would love to get into the top 5.

Still it beats catching the bus.

No more commutes until 26 April, should stay in the top 5 but I'm certainly going to fall behind the front runners. See if I can catch them in the following months.
